  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate — we are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.
  • Free or discounted shipping thresholds, where advertised, apply as stated on the Site at the time of purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (or in the condition it was received), in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
